Software Engineer

We are seeking a Software Engineer to work on our implementation team, owning technical onboarding and customer integrations. This is a role requiring strong technical acumen, excellent communication skills, and a consultative mindset.

What You’ll Do

• Lead technical implementations of Scaffold for new customers.
• Configure integrations between Scaffold, builder portals, and contractor data systems.
• Collaborate with customers to understand business processes and tailor workflows.
• Translate customer needs into product feedback and improvements.
• Develop documentation, guides, and training materials.
• Develop new tools and processes to make customer implementations more consistent and configurable.
• Serve as the primary technical contact during onboarding and early adoption.
• Work closely with product and support to resolve issues and accelerate time-to-value.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 3+ years in technical implementation, solutions engineering, or customer success engineering. SaaS background preferred.
• Technical Skills: Strong Python and SQL proficiency. Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and data flows.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
• People Skills: Empathy, patience, and a customer-first mindset.
